Zercher work out today
Today i worked up to 285. This was fairly easy. I am looking for 405 like this by June.
This was Casey's first time doing this drill, she got a body weight pull without much trouble. I am thinking she can get 1.5BW by June.

I love Zerchers........very effective but very demanding!
